Kayla Ford is a certified Yoga and Pilates instructor as well as a Certified Holistic Nutritionist (CNP, CNPCC). With years of experience across both movement and wellness disciplines, she brings a thoughtful, integrative approach to health. Her classes blend classical principles with modern flow, creating balanced, challenging, and transformative experiences that meet each student exactly where they are—whether it’s their very first class or their 100th.

Beyond the studio, Kayla shares her love of holistic living through nutrition guidance and embraces time in nature with her German Shepherd, Majsha. Her work reflects a deep appreciation for movement, nourishment, and connection, helping others feel strong, centered, and inspired. Pilates on Plains is excited to welcome her as part of the team.

Humna discovered Pilates over a decade ago and immediately connected with the discipline, mindful movement, and benefits it offered. After years of dedicated practice, she completed her Mat Pilates Certification with Body Harmonics. She is passionate about helping clients reach their fitness goals, improve their strength and mobility, and experience the transformative benefits of Pilates. In addition to her Pilates training, Humna is a full-time corporate lawyer. She graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Science and earned her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School. Her passion for health and wellness led her to found HerWellnessXCollective, a community organization that hosts workout and wellness events for women across the GTA. Since its launch in February 2025, the organization has hosted over 15 sold-out events, welcoming more than 300+ attendees. In her spare time, Humna enjoys reading fantasy novels, baking new recipes, and exploring local cafes.

Megha Kapoor began her Pilates journey to improve her body’s alignment and overall well-being, both physically and mentally. What started as self-practice soon grew into a passion for mindful movement, inspiring her to become a Pilates instructor. Today, she helps clients build strength, mobility, and balance while guiding them toward a deeper connection with their bodies.

Pia is a dedicated Pilates instructor and proud mom of two, with a deep love for movement and its power to transform both body and mind. After the birth of her first child, she deepened her Pilates practice and experienced firsthand the benefits of strength, mobility, and mindful movement. The remarkable difference in her delivery and postpartum recovery with her second child inspired her to share this gift with others. Pia is passionate about guiding clients toward improved mobility, core strength, and overall well-being through thoughtful, empowering classes.
