Carmen first discovered yoga in 2012, drawn to the physical practice but quickly falling in love with the way it supported her mind and spirit too. She completed her Teacher Training at 5 Elements Yoga Studio in 2013 and has been teaching ever since.
Over the years, she’s expanded her expertise with certifications in SUP Yoga, Barre, Reiki II, and Pilates (Mat & Reformer, trained under Judi Savage). This mix of training gives her a unique approach — blending strength, flexibility, and calm into every class.
Carmen is passionate about creating a welcoming space where people can move, breathe, and feel empowered in their bodies. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening your practice, she’s excited to guide you on the journey.
