Megha Kapoor began her Pilates journey to improve her body’s alignment and overall well-being, both physically and mentally. What started as self-practice soon grew into a passion for mindful movement, inspiring her to become a Pilates instructor. Today, she helps clients build strength, mobility, and balance while guiding them toward a deeper connection with their bodies.

Pia is a dedicated Pilates instructor and proud mom of two, with a deep love for movement and its power to transform both body and mind. After the birth of her first child, she deepened her Pilates practice and experienced firsthand the benefits of strength, mobility, and mindful movement. The remarkable difference in her delivery and postpartum recovery with her second child inspired her to share this gift with others. Pia is passionate about guiding clients toward improved mobility, core strength, and overall well-being through thoughtful, empowering classes.
CARMEN MACH-FELL Pilates Instructor
Carmen first discovered yoga in 2012, drawn to the physical practice but quickly falling in love with the way it supported her mind and spirit too. She completed her Teacher Training at 5 Elements Yoga Studio in 2013 and has been teaching ever since.
Over the years, she’s expanded her expertise with certifications in SUP Yoga, Barre, Reiki II, and Pilates (Mat & Reformer, trained under Judi Savage). This mix of training gives her a unique approach — blending strength, flexibility, and calm into every class.
Carmen is passionate about creating a welcoming space where people can move, breathe, and feel empowered in their bodies. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening your practice, she’s excited to guide you on the journey.
JEN POOLE Pilates Instructor
Jen is a certified STOTT Pilates instructor specializing in menopause support, beginner fundamentals, and post-rehabilitation movement. Known for her anatomy-first approach and exceptional cueing, she helps clients move with confidence and precision—whether rebuilding after injury or fine-tuning advanced technique.
After discovering Pilates during her post-partum journey, Jen found a practice that made her feel both physically and mentally strong. Now, she shares that empowerment through thoughtful, individualized instruction, drawing on advanced training in Injuries & Special Populations, Athletic Conditioning, and Fascial Chain exploration.
ALANA VANDENBRINK Pilates Instructor
Alana is a certified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor with a background in ballet and a lifelong passion for mindful movement. After years of dedicated self-practice, she earned her certification in 2023 to help others experience the transformative benefits of Pilates. Her teaching approach is supportive and personalized, welcoming everyBODY—whether clients are building strength, managing an injury, or navigating pre- and postnatal recovery. From diastasis recti and spinal stenosis to hip tendonitis and osteoporosis, Alana guides each client toward greater confidence, body awareness, and self-prioritization through movement.
KAREN PLUTHERO Pilates Instructor
Karen has been practicing Reformer Pilates for many years and brings her deep passion for the practice to every class she teaches. What started as a personal love for movement has grown into a commitment to helping others discover the strength, mobility, and calm that Reformer Pilates can offer.
Her teaching style is warm, intentional, and encouraging — creating a space where students can connect to their bodies and move with confidence. Whether guiding beginners or experienced practitioners, Karen meets each student where they are and supports them in progressing safely and effectively.
She believes Pilates is more than just a workout; it’s a way to strengthen both body and mind, leaving students feeling grounded, energized, and empowered.
