What to Expect on Your First Day
At Pilates on Plains, your first visit is designed to feel supported, unhurried, and personal. This page will walk you through what to expect so you can arrive feeling confident and at ease.
Expect a calm, welcoming space and small class sizes that allow for individual attention. Your instructor will guide you through the session, offer modifications as needed, and help you feel comfortable with the reformer and the flow of class.
Please arrive a few minutes early so we can settle you in and answer any questions.
What to Wear
Comfortable, form-fitting movement wear is recommended.
Grip socks are required for safety and stability and are available for purchase in studio if needed.
New to Reformer Pilates?
If you are new to reformer Pilates, an Introduction Class is required before joining regular group classes. This ensures you understand the equipment, foundational movements, and feel confident moving forward.
If you’re unsure whether the Introduction Class is right for you, we’d love to help.
