Kick things up a notch with this high-energy combo of athletic reformer work, jump-board intervals, and heart-pumping flows. Expect sweat, power, and serious endorphins—this one brings the heat.
BUNS & GUNS {Progressive}
Get ready to fire up your three favourite trouble zones in one powerful session. This class targets your abs, arms, and ass, with a combo of strength, sculpt, and sass. It’s spicy, it’s sweaty—and it totally delivers.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING {Progressive & Elevated}
Level up your power with a reformer-based class that incorporates heavier weights and resistance training to challenge and strengthen your major muscle groups. Think strong glutes, solid legs, sculpted arms, and a powerful core—all in one class.
MAMA CORE RECOVERY {All levels} *bring your baby
This postnatal class focuses on rebuilding strength, supporting diastasis recti* recovery, and improving posture and pelvic floor function. Bring your babes.
*Diastasis recti occurs when your rectus abdominis muscles (six-pack ab muscles) separate during pregnancy from being stretched. The separation can make your belly stick out or bulge months or years after your last baby. You can repair it with special exercises that help close the separation.
