At Pilates on Plains, we’re embracing that spirit fully, and we’re hosting a very special Pilates in PJ’s class on December 16th that brings all the cozy vibes together.
But even before that, you can start enjoying these simple rituals at home.
Here are five warm, easy December practices to sprinkle into your days, and you’ll experience all of them during our upcoming class.
1. Do Pilates (Even Just a Little Each Day)

Simple, delicious hot chocolate recipe:
• 1 cup warm milk (any kind)

• Optional: vanilla extract
